We are a foundation in formation, built on dignity — and dignity starts with restraint. We would rather ask you for nothing than ask you for more than we need. This page explains, in plain language, what that means in practice — no legal fog, no buried clauses.

Only for the purpose given
We use your information only for the reason you gave it. If you contact us, we reply. If you donate, we process the gift and our records. We do not repurpose it later for something you did not agree to.
We never see your card
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them over their secure systems — we never see them and we never store them. We hold only the record of the gift itself.
Never sold, never shared
We do not sell your data, and we do not trade or rent it. We share it only where it is strictly necessary to run the Foundation, or where the law requires us to.
Your data stays yours.
Under UK GDPR you have clear rights over the information we hold, and you can exercise any of them at any time — just contact us and we will act.

We are constituted as a Community Interest Company now and converting to a registered charity; Gift Aid follows only once that conversion is complete.
